Qué es este sitio
omoabay.com presenta el proyecto OmoaBay, de Lotificadora Omoa S.A. de C.V., en Omoa, Cortés, Honduras. Es informativo: aquí no se compra ni se paga nada. Los lotes, la reserva, los pagos y la cuenta de comprador están en el mapa de lotes, lotes.omoabay.com, que funciona con la plataforma Urbanio.
Precios y cifras
Los precios, cuotas y lotes disponibles que ves en omoabay.com se leen del mapa de lotes al abrir la página. Si no se pueden leer, la página lo dice y muestra las últimas cifras publicadas. El precio que vale para tu lote es el que muestra el mapa el día que reservas, y queda fijo desde ese día. Todos los precios están en dólares de Estados Unidos.
Cómo se reserva
- Inicias la reserva de un lote disponible en el mapa de lotes.
- Envías el depósito de reserva de US$500 por transferencia o Zelle. El lote queda apartado 24 horas mientras llega el comprobante.
- Cada pago queda registrado en tu cuenta de comprador.
- Eliges contado o un plan de cuotas fijas sobre el precio de lista, y firmas la promesa de venta electrónicamente en tu cuenta; un notario la autentica.
El contrato manda
Lo que obliga a las dos partes es la promesa de venta que firmas, no esta página. La promesa fija tu lote, tu precio y tu plan de pagos, está condicionada a la aprobación de la lotificación y establece qué pasa con tus pagos si el permiso no se otorga, cómo se cede antes de la escritura y qué gastos de escritura e inscripción te corresponden. La escritura de tu lote se hace a tu nombre con el último pago.

La galería dice qué imagen es una foto y cuál es un render 3D del plano. La vista del vecindario en 3D muestra casas de catálogo a modo de ejemplo y calles y servicios según el anteproyecto; no es un plano constructivo.

What this site is
omoabay.com presents the OmoaBay project of Lotificadora Omoa S.A. de C.V. in Omoa, Cortés, Honduras. It is informational: nothing is bought or paid here. Lots, reservations, payments and the buyer account are on the lot map, lotes.omoabay.com, which runs on the Urbanio platform.
Prices and figures
The prices, monthly payments and available lots you see on omoabay.com are read from the lot map when the page opens. If they cannot be read, the page says so and shows the last published figures. The price that counts for your lot is the one the map shows the day you reserve, and it is fixed from that day. All prices are in US dollars.
How a reservation works
- You start the reservation of an available lot on the lot map.
- You send the US$500 reservation deposit by bank transfer or Zelle. The lot is held for 24 hours while the receipt arrives.
- Every payment is recorded in your buyer account.
- You choose cash or a plan of fixed installments on the list price, and sign the promise of sale electronically in your account; a notary authenticates it.
The contract governs
What binds both parties is the promise of sale you sign, not this page. It fixes your lot, your price and your payment plan, is conditioned on the subdivision approval and states what happens with your payments if the permit is not granted, how it can be transferred before the deed and which deed and registration costs are yours. The deed to your lot is made in your name with the last payment.

The gallery says which image is a photo and which is a 3D render of the plan. The 3D neighborhood view shows catalog houses as examples and streets and services as in the preliminary design; it is not a construction drawing.
